The site comprises the combined curblages of 4 and 6 Sellerne Road, the last use of which was as a residential home. 2. Now proposed is conversion into 6 flats: the flats would be self-contained and of sufficient floor area; front and rear access; parking space for 5 cars; bus storage at the rear. 3.
