APRIL 03/130 PA 2177. Q. Are that P.C makes decisions - Pl. offices make recommendations? A. Balladies - Pl. History? Then you'd be aware call store - different office? PA 00/1137 B. Make case ... 1. Planning Committee makes decision - Planning offices make recommendations only 2. Oral cases: - dog kennels. 3. In answer to concerns about consistency - there is an element of judgement applied by Planning offices + re P.C when assessing applications to extensions. Each case may have similarities with above but make other men not other distinct differences. May relate to position next to road, level of existing buildings. May be replacements for entrance. There are policies in place which aim to protect against development which may adversely affect re character of appearance of an area + here policies, together with judgement applied in each case except P.C make decision. + There is this case that there was not agreement between myself as P.O + agent before submission. Planning offices after access with cases added - what happened in this case - Planning Committee open to come to such decision - agreed with Commissioners. .
