[Table omitted in markdown export] The timeframe allowed. The curator is significant in age due to he "no speed limit" duties of he load. There could be considerable visual impact and I am not penalized that there is a need to such a wide load. Perhaps a rational load with growing places could be better? PA 00/1517 - removed the load which was removed but this element was not taken to repeat. A recent application plagued to relocate the much torn buildings across the M4 - which released at the initial stage it appeared later on it may require the need to such a large loadway.
