## Planning Committee 03/07/08 ### Renovation and extensions to dwelling (comprising amendments to approved development 07/00244B) - 08/00465/B - Leodest Cottage Leodest Road Andreas After discussion, the Planning Committee overturned the recommendation and refused the application, due to non-compliance with Environment Policy no. 34 of IOM Strategic Plan, without prejudice to a further PA addressing window materials \& type, and therefore was refused on the following grounds:- ### Reason R 1. The replacement of the existing timber windows with uPVC windows would be unacceptable due to the traditional appearance of Leodest Cottage and consequently the proposal would be contrary to Environmental Policy 34 of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan. O 1.
