In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you.

SCHEDULE OF CONDITIONS

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the improvements to Braddan Primary School car park as shown in drawing reference 001 received on 18th August 2003.

NOTE The applicant is recommended to provide at least 3 spaces which are designed to be usable by disabled persons located as close as possible to the main means of access which is usable by disabled persons, to the school.

NOTE The applicant should also consider the use of contrasting colour in the lighting columns to offer some contrast to their surroundings to assist people with sight impairment.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
