[Table omitted in markdown export] ## Planning Report and Recommendations ### General Report **Site Visited** YES/NO The site includes the wheel case linking the washing floor and the larey lever beside the freskethor. Proposed here is the reinstatement of the former water wheel. The wheel to be installed is on original wheel which used to be situated closer to the larey lsoella. It was found in Davan and has been required to be installed in the washing floor where a similar wheel but 2 feet smaller in diameter was installed previously. Some of these will be necessary to accommodate this larger wheel including excavation of the wheel case of debris, heightening of the walls by 5-6 feet, lengthening of the pit, and a grid and observation platform created. This sounds like a very positive proposal which will compliment the works undertaken by L & LHT to reinstate the 121 link between the washing floor and the mne's.
