## Reasons For Refusal

### Application Ref No: 03/00084/B On Review

1. The proposed dwellings, by reason of the site coverage and proximity to dwellings to the rear, would appear overbearing and unneighbourly and detract from the level of residential amenity currently enjoyed by occupiers of adjacent dwellings.

NOTE This decision is without prejudice to the submission of a further application which proposes a reduced number of dwellings. The applicant is advised to discuss any future application with the Planning Officer.
