# Officer Planning Report 03/00084/B

This application seeks approval to replace an existing dwelling at Braeside, Loch Rd, Port St Mary. The proposal would involve the connection of 3 No. tenaced dwellings, with accommodation arranged over 3 Fiods with integral parking to the front ground floor. I noted near yard/garden areas would be provided. Whilst I considered the principle of repairment of the existing to be acceptable & the decision of the proposed dwelling acceptable, I am concerned as to the impact on acceptors of properties to the near who would be 7m from the new development. [Table omitted in markdown export] ## Continuation Sheet **APPLICATION No. 23/0084** **Page of** To proceed carefully, by reason of the site coverage it previously to the permit, would appear necessary to immediately to contact from the level of residential amenity currently equipped by occupation or adjacent dwellings. **Note:** This decision is without prejudice to the satisfaction of a further application which, if the proposal is not received, must be made in effect. **AM**
