## Schedule Of Conditions

**Application Ref No:** 00/01251/A On Review

1. This approval is in principle only and will remain valid for a period of two years within which time no development may take place until such time as details of the reserved matters (siting, design, external appearance, internal layout, means of access, landscaping) have been approved by the Planning Authority. Such reserved matters should form the subject of a single application.

2. The occupation of the proposed dwelling(s) must be limited to persons whose employment or latest employment is or was employed in agriculture in the Island and including also the dependants of such persons as aforesaid.

3. The dwelling must be a modest (not exceeding 180 square metres), single storey, traditionally designed property generally in accordance with Planning Circular 3/91 and located as shown in the submitted plans.

4. The application for reserved matters must include provisions for improvement to the access onto the A22 and an indication of vehicular parking in the vicinity of and in association with the new dwelling.

**NOTE** The applicant is encouraged to utilise the stone from the cottage to be demolished, particularly in the finish of the southern elevation of the new dwelling.

**NOTE** This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
