## Construction Detail
### Of Proposed Garage 4 Larivane Close Andreas.

Main garage walls will be of block with cavity, rendered and painted to match house.

Roof will be of interlocking tiles to match house-supported on timber trusses constructed from 100mm x35mm which will be treated with fire retardant.

Floor will be concrete 150mm thick. The floor surface will be 150mm above the surrounding ground level. Front vehicular entrance will be via metal up and over door, of a style and colour to match that installed on existing garage. Pedestrian access will be via door of PVC on the northern side of garage. to match those installed on the house.

PVC windows again to match those installed on the house will be installed on the Northern side of the garage and the Western rear of the garage.

Hardstanding provided in front of the garage will replace existing lawned area and be of compacted self draining stone of suitable type and quality. This hardstanding will be graded to meet the internal floor level of the garage.

Roof drainage will be via soakaway’s .
