• GROUND FLOOR PLAN (DONALD'S COTTAGE)

## Cottage Details:

Existing individual cottage to be converted into: new Green Keepers Store.

Repair works have already been carried out to the existing public walls and the installation of a new state roof. See Ground Floor Plan for leaves of the existing building, together with Photographs numbered 8 to 11, (08/01/0379 - 08/01/0312). For elevation details.

## TRACK DETAILS: (Track C)

The proposed track has been cut into the existing hillside and measures two existing tracks. (Track A and Track B), together to form one continuous loop. The proposed track is approximately 1000 feet wide and runs between the existing Track A and Track B for a approximately 160 meters. See Photographs numbered 1 to 7, (08/01/0379 - 08/01/037). ## Tree Planting Details:

The proposed tree planting mill take place over a period of five years with the first years planting already taken place. The position of the existing tree planting, together with the next four years planting is indicated on the above Location Plan. Each total area of tree planting consists of approximately five acres with each years planting comprising of the following:

A total of 1,000 trees with broadleaves appointment size 16.43mm, costilers approximate size 26.46mm. Species to be planted as follows:  All trees are to be supplied by the Forestry Division. The trees are to be fitted with Truss tall slashes to give protection from small mammals. The trees are to be spaced 2 - 3 meters apart. Planting of the trees are to be carried out by the Forestry Division Staff. Wood control, especially boulders, to be undertaken by land owners. All work to be carried out in strict accordance with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, (DAFF), instructions.
