Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find attached copies of documents and payment for my application to change the use of the above shop from an Indian Take Away to a Beauty and Nail Salon.

Planning Statement:

I would like to open a Beauty Parlour providing all aspects of Beauty Therapy in 4 Bathhurst Street, Douglas IM2 3HH.

Proposed hours of operation would be:
Monday to Saturday - 9am to 6pm (8pm finish on Thursdays)
All client visits will be by appointment only.

Client Numbers each day would be around 4-10.

I will be providing all aspects of beauty therapy but not using any industrial machines etc.

Most clients have suggested they would either come in cars or use public transport as we are close to the bus stop. Others like the neighbours or clients on or around Bathurst Street would walk to the property. There is plenty of public car parking spaces around the Bathurst Street area.
