# APL Supporting Information

## Additional Information to Support Planning Application

1. The first floor double doors providing access to the timber steps have been in existence I think since about 1994
2. The 1:50 plan shows steps to the garden adjacent to the road, these appear to be made of concrete. They are very old, seem to be built into the rockface making them difficult to replace. They are very steep, of narrow width and of differing heights - some quite deep, also with worn shallow and uneven treads. At times the steps are slippery. Due to their age and condition it is difficult to safely navigate walking up and down the steps, hence the need to build a safer access into the garden.
