# Planning Support Statement

Notes to support planning applica on for change of use at The Haven, Tynwald Road, Peel. I work from The Haven as a hypnotherapist through Portum Limited trading as Haven Hypnotherapy. There is no-one employed at the property who does not live there. I am the only hypnotherapist and do not plan to employ anyone else. The frequency of traﬃc has not increased above that which would normally be expected in the area. We live on the main road into Peel. I see some clients at The Haven, some online and all ini al consulta ons are over the telephone. Clients that come to The Haven either walk or drive and park on our drive which has room for 4 vehicles. Client appointments never overlap due to conﬁden ality there is always a material gap between appointment. Clients do not atend at unsociable hours. I do not need any material supplies so there will be no increase in deliveries. The nature of my work does not result in any increased noise levels. There are no fumes or smells generated from any work being undertaken. No extensions or altera ons have been made to the property in rela on to the business which is carried out in a bedroom in our self-contained annex. I use one room of the house for working (detailed on the atached plan), and clients occasionally use our toilet. No business vehicles, materials or goods are stored at The Haven.
