In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the **MINISTER** for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby **REFUSE** the application by AGC Limited – Erection of a dwelling with associated garages, vehicle access and landscaping, Field 432537, Phildraw Road, Ballasalla, Malew, for the following reasons:-

The visibility sprays for the new vehicular access onto Phildraw Road indicated upon the submitted plans would be of an inadequate standard to avoid significant harm to road safety.
