In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

### Reasons For Refusal:

1. The extension to the rear of the property will result in a poor outlook and lack of light and amenity for the future residents of the apartments, and will have an unacceptable impact on the neighbouring properties.

2. The proposed conversion makes no provision for on-site car parking, in an area where on-site parking is at a premium, contrary to the interests of road safety.

3. This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
