2. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

3. Prior to the commencement of building or engineering works on site, the new entrance as shown in drawing reference 2002/06/02 must be provided.

4. The roof(s) must be finished in natural slate or a high quality imitation slate which must be approved by the Planning Authority PRIOR to the commencement of works.

NOTE the CFO recommends that the means of escape from the first floor guest bedrooms is inherently unsafe.

This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Ordcr 1982.
