Dear Paul Re: Additional Information Required for PA 25/90927/MCH Thank you for your email. The statement regarding the proposed minor changes is as follows: Reasons why the Proposed Changes are Minor in Nature:

- 1. Change in size of proposed front kitchen window: This is a slight, minor change in the dimensions of the window in order to accommodate the internal kitchen cupboards layout. It will not adversely affect the aesthetic appearance of the house.
- 2. Alteration of the size of the rear patio door: This is a minor change in the doors size to accommodate the internal kitchen layout. As the proposed doors are at the rear of the property this change does not affect the aesthetic appearance of the house when viewed from the front.
- 3. Deletion of kitchen window on rear elevation: This is a minor change and the reason is to accommodate the desired internal kitchen layout and provide enough wall space for cupboards and fittings. As the existing window is at the rear of the property this change does not affect the aesthetic appearance of the house when viewed from the front. Kind regards

Dear Mr Brown,

I am writing regarding your minor change application, PA 25/90927/MCH relating to the approved development under 25/90277/B at Rowena, Glen Chass Road, Port St Mary.

Under Article 21(2)(b) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019,

applicants are required to: “Specify what minor changes are being sought and why the applicant considers them to be of a minor nature.”

While the application identifies the proposed changes, namely the alteration of window size to the front elevation, alteration of door size, and deletion of a window to the rear elevation, it does not include a statement explaining why these changes are considered minor in nature.

To complete the application bundle, please provide a brief explanation addressing this point. This can be submitted by return email and need only clarify why, in your view, the changes do not materially alter the approved development.

If you have any questions or require assistance, please feel free to get in touch.
