1. This approval shall expire if not taken up within 2 years of the date of this notice.

2. Any alterations to the shop-front or the signage must form the subject of a separate application.

NOTE 1: The developer is recommended to consult the Environmental Health Inspectorate with regard to the Food Hygiene Regulations and the arrangements for refuse storage.

NOTE 2: The proposed fire precautions should be implemented prior to the commencement of the proposed use.

NOTE 3: The developer is advised to consult the Manx Electricity Authority to ensure that an adequate supply of electricity can be made available to service this development.
