## General Report Site Visited: Y / N Approval in paraphernalia granted for the development of this steamer PA 91/1564, subject inter alia, to: - a building line of 6m to be maintained to Majestic Drive - Situated so to minimise intrusion into piracy and light of no 3. - design must take account of its corner position. The design is not to my liking but minimises approval upon no. 3 by having a linear integral gauge there on that side of the building. There is also a distance of 3m between properties. The distance between this gable and no. 7 is somewhat less, and less than 4m at closest. ## Recommendations
