Eff. 1/12 See 87/839 - Refused 3.7.87 Confirmed ON REVIEW 8.10.87. The development proposed is identical, although the reasons therefor are different. If an additional dwelling is required or justified on agricultural grounds (including retirement of farmer), it should be sited in accordance with para. 3 of Circular 3/88. This site is conspicuous, detached from the farm buildings, and generally unsuitable for the reasons used in respect of 87/839. Refuse: As per 87/839 after Review Note.
