Planning I.D.O. 37410

I have to inform you that the application made by
Mr. S. T. Pickard - Dwelling house and garage, Field No. 672,
Ballsvale Farm, Canton, (Amended) -

was APPROVED by the Planning Committee on 16th April, 1974,
subject to a condition(s) (inter alia) that:

( 6 ) No trees may be felled without the PRIOR
permission of the Isle of Man Forestry, Mines
and Lands Board and the Planning Committee.

( 7 ) Landscaping and the planting of young trees and shrubs
must be carried out according to a scheme which must be
submitted to and approved by the Isle of Man Forestry,
Mines and Lands Board and the Planning Committee PRIOR
to the commencement of any building works.
