### Species to be planted;

#### Trees -

*Betula pendula* ‘Fastigiata’ x2, offering year round colour with its silver bark, a tall slender tree suited where lateral space is limited. (shown on map as trees numbered 1.)

*Pyrus calleryanna* ‘Bradford’ x2, Flowers early spring with a white blossom, a good urban sited tree offering wildlife interest. ( shown on map as trees numbered 2.)

*Quercus ilex* x5 an evergreen tree, offering good habitat for wildlife, can be shaped to reflect its surroundings. ( shown on map as trees numbered 3.)

*Sorbus aucuparia* ‘Cardinal royal’ x2, offering year round interest with blossom, fruit, leaf colour. ( shown on map as trees numbered 4.)

*Prunus serrulata* ‘Sunset boulevard’ x2, Ideal garden tree providing wildlife and colour interest’s throughout the year. ( shown on map as trees numbered 5.)

*Acer campestre* x2, a native species offering wildlife interest and cover. (Shown on map as numbers 6.)

#### Shrubs, Hedging -

*Fagus sylvatica* ‘Purpurea’, traditional style of hedging that offers colour in the spring, summer and autumn. *Escallonia*, Offering year round cover and colour, with great wildlife interest as well. *Olearia traversii*, fast growing hedging providing good screening and shelter. *Elaeagnus ebbingeii*, evergreen shrub providing good cover easy to manage.

#### Plants for Beds/Borders -

*Phomium’s*, Various colours available to be used as dotters within beds and borders. *Photinia x fraseri*, to be mixed in amongst beds and boarders providing year round colour. *Hebe* ‘various cultivars’, to provide year round colour and wildlife interest mixed in amongst the boarders and beds. *Pinus mugo* ‘mops’, evergreen providing an interesting shape to boarders and beds. *Cotonneaster horizontalis*, providing low evergreen cover, great wildlife interest. *Lavandula stoechas*, stunning purple flowers, evergreen with a very distinct scent. *Ohpiopogon* ‘Black Dragon’, providing dark leaf colour, sets of neighbouring plants well.
