### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This approval relates to the erection of a garden shed, 3 Aspen Drive, Ballawattleworth, Peel as shown by the Location and Site Plans and Photograph all received 18th December 2008.

2. The approved shed may be used only for domestic storage incidental to the use and enjoyment of 3 Aspen Drive, Peel.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
