Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 13th January 2009.

The Commissioners had no objection to the following planning applications:

- PA08 02260 - Heritage Homes Ltd - 24No dwellings - Land adjacent to Island House Isle of Man Business Park
- PA08 02266 B - Mr and Mrs B Woodard - Erection of a detached garage - Beaconsfield Cottage Richmond Hill
- PA08 02311 - Kirby Estates Ltd - Construction of 5No industrial "starter" units - Kirby Farm Vicarage Road Braddan

The Commissioners had an objection to the following planning application:

- PA08 02338 - Heritage Homes Ltd - Erection of a dwelling and garage block - Clybane Farm Cool Road Cooil; . It was agreed that the building of such a residence was against Housing Policy 14 as it was substantially different to the existing in terms of size, and siting as it was not to be built on the footprint of the existing.
