### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the erection of a conservatory to west elevation as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 2019/1. 2019/2, REF 01, REF 02 and REF 03 all received on 29th October 2008.

3. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
