In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 28th January 2009, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the demolition of the existing rear annex and the erection of a new rear extension to provide an additional residential unit as shown in drawings numbers HLK/08/0301/1, HLK/08/0301/3, HLK/08/0301/4 and Photographs date stamped 27th October 2008.

3. The additional residential unit hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the car parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.

4. No facing and roofing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.

5. No residential unit hereby permitted shall be occupied until the vehicular and pedestrian means of access have been constructed in accordance with the approved plans. Those means of access shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
