### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the erection of stables as shown by the plans and information SC929/P/10-00, SC929/P/10-04 and 101 Survey submitted and date stamped 1st September 2008 and SC929/P/10-01 Rev D submitted and date stamped 14th November 2008.
3. The approved stables may be used only for the stabling of horses and the storage of items associated with the care and housing of horses.
4. The stables may not be used commercially.
5. The roof must be finished in dark natural slate.

6. The timber cladding must be stained dark brown in colour and maintained as such thereafter.
7. The approved stables must not be of cavity wall construction.
8. All roof lights must be "Conservation" type and must be retained as such thereafter.
9. All doors must be of timber construction and maintained as such thereafter.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
