In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th October 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the rear conservatory as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings PD-001, PD-002, PD-003, PD-004 and 1734/1 all received on the 8th September 2008.

3. Obscure glazing (Grade 5) shall be installed in the west elevation of the conservatory window and shall be kept and maintained thereafter.

**NOTE:** The application states that the surface water from the proposed development is to be discharged to the "existing drainage". If this "existing drainage" discharges (directly or

indirectly) to the foul sewerage system then it should be noted that an alternative means of surface water disposal must be provided.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
