### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the creation of an electricity substation and re-building of the boundary wall all as shown in drawings SC1092/P/10-00, -01, -02 and -03 all received on 14th August, 2008.
3. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
4. Prior to the commencement of the development, a sample panel of boundary wall and new Sub Station stonework must be prepared (to indicate pointing, stone type and coursing) on site, for inspection by the Conservation Officer and approval by the Planning Authority.

5. Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the roofing slate must be approved by the Planning Authority. The slate is to match the existing in respect of material, colour, texture and size.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

**Guidance Note** This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005. Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
