### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the creation of an electricity substation and re-building of the boundary wall all as shown in drawings SC1092/P/10-00, -01, -02 and -03 all received on 15th August, 2008.
3. Prior to the commencement of the development, a sample panel of boundary wall and new sub station stonework must be prepared (to indicate pointing, stone type and coursing) on site, for inspection by the Conservation Officer and approval in writing by the Planning Authority.

Development shall not proceed subsequently except in accordance with the sample panel so approved.
4. Prior to the commencement of works, a sample of the roofing slate must be submitted to approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The slate is to match the existing in respect of material, colour, texture and size. No slate may be used in the building except that which has been so approved.
5. The boundary wall is to be capped off with pointed Castletown Limestone shaped up in a 'hog's back' profile as per the existing boundary walls.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
