In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 28th October 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the installation of a dish, equipment cabin and replacement antennas as shown in drawing numbers 20511_50_100_M04-04, 20511_50_150_M04-04, 20511_50_160_M04-04, 20511_00_004_M01-01 date stamped 17th July 2008 and supporting statement from National Grid Wireless dated June 2008.
3. In the event that the equipment cabin and dish antenna erected under this approval becomes redundant it must be taken down and removed from the site within 3 months of the cessation of use.

4. Within one month of the installation of the equipment cabin hereby approved, it shall be colour coated green. Any replacement or modification shall be colour coated to match within one month of it being carried out.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
