Dear Sir/Madam,

Ref: P/A: 08/01127A New house, Ballamenagh Road.

Further to the above application as advertised for a replacement house. As a close
neighbour and having a business which uses the road in front of the proposed property,
we confirm we do not wish to object to the application in principal but would suggest a
planning condition should be that the entrance and boundary hedge should be set back
enough to allow traffic to pass on the single track road without needing to reverse in the
event of the two vehicles meeting.
