In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the construction of track around perimeter of woodland as proposed in the submitted documents which are date-stamped 14th April 2008 and 11th August 2008.

3. Prior to the commencement of works, samples of the proposed surface material (stone) to be used in the development must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The surface material should be dark in colour.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
