# Jurby Parish Objection Letter

20th May, 2008,

Miss E J Callow,
Secretary,
The Planning Committee,
Dept of L G E,
Murray House,
Mount Havelock,
Douglas,
Isle of Man,
IM1 2SF.

RECEIVED ON
23 MAY 2008
DEPUTY LOCAL COMMISSIONER
AND THE DEPUTY CLERK

Dear Miss Callow, re; Plan No. 08/00753/R; Erection of entrance gates and timber shed to house office/shop, Field 214150, Ballmenagh Road, Sandygate, Jurby. Applicant; Mr J Wells I have to inform that my Commissioners have now considered the above proposed development.

Jurby Parish Commissioners are opposed to this retrospective development, because the access to Field 214150 is situated on a dangerous and blind bend, and vehicles visiting the property to purchase produce will create further difficulties for passing traffic when visiting vehicles are entering or existing the proposed car park area within Field 214150.

Yours faithfully,

JJ Quayle
Clerk.
