In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

**Proposal:** Erection of entrance gates and timber shed to house office/shop at:

- Ramsey
- Isle Of Man

which was considered on 12th November 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This approval relates to the erection of entrance gates and timber shed to house office/shop as proposed in the submitted documents which are date-stamped 14th April 2008 and 11th August 2008.

2. Within 3 months of the nursery business ceasing to trade and/or the shed hereby approved becoming redundant for the purposes of agriculture the shed must be taken down along with all ancillary infrastructure and be removed from the site and the land restored back to its original use and condition.

3. No person other than the applicants or their successors in title shall attend the site except on Saturdays and Sundays between 10:00 hours and 16:00 hours.

This decision was made by the Acting Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

### Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
