In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby **APPROVE** the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the detached garage and access alterations as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 07 0194/1, 07 0194/2 and 07 0194/3 all received on 14th March 2008.

3. The proposed garage may be used only in association with the main dwelling house "Gollane" and for purposes ancillary to the use of main dwelling house "The Gollane" as a single dwelling.

4. The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
