### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This permission relates to the retention of a mobile classroom as shown in drawing numbers 8864/01 and 8864/02 date stamped 7th March 2008.
2. This permission expires on the 23rd January 2012, after which date the mobile classroom must be removed from the site unless there is by then planning approval for a further period.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
