### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the replacement of the existing windows of Ballaterson Farm as shown by the Location Plan and Photographs submitted and date stamped 7th March 2008.

3. The replacement PVC casement windows must have a 50:50 split horizontal glazing bar.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
