#### Application For The Creation Of Temporary Car Park, 43-49 Tynwald Street.

I write to advise that having considered the submitted details for the above application Douglas Corporation wishes to comment on this proposal.

The proposed car park will be surfaced with hardcore and blinded with crushed stones, and with vehicles going in and out of this property, these aggregates could be scattered on the nearby paved surfaces of the area which could adversely affect its appearance specially during unfavorable weather conditions. A sealed surface would therefore address this concern including adequate drainage for the surface water.
