In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. This approval relates to use of the site as a car-park for a period of two years from the date of this notice; at the expiry of this period, the use as a car-park must cease unless there is by that date planning approval for a further period.
2. This permission relates to the creation of a temporary car park as shown in drawing numbers $243 / 3 / 1$ and $243 / 3 / 2$ date stamped 17th March 2008.
3. No development shall take place until details of the type of timber to be used for the fencing shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
4. Prior to the first use of the car park, the existing wall on the north east boundary of the site shall be lowered to 1 metre in height and shall be painted white.

NOTE The applicant is advised that there are Underground Cables/Overhead Lines present in the area indicated in the planning application. Please contact Anthony Kinrade or Ian Horsey, Operations and Maintenance Department, Network Services, Manx Electricity Authority, (Tel. 687687) to discuss working practices around Cables and Overhead Lines which may need to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site.

The applicant is also advised to contact the Manx Electricity Authority for Electrical Site Safety 5 documents, (Tel. 687766), before any work is carried out on site. All work to be carried out with reference to Health and Safety Executive Guidance Notes HS(G)47 and GS6.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
