Subject: Planning application 08/00213/B

Dear Sir or Madam

As neighbours separated by the boundary where the new building is to be erected, we wish to register our concern as to the impact of this project on the area and the relationship to our own property.
We feel, as at the moment, we have reasonable light to our property that the design of this structure will decrease our quality of light not only to our property but also to the garden ( it will put two thirds of our garden and property in permanent shade). The proposed development is considerably larger than the double garage it will replace.
Our neighbours property stands in a substantial plot of land of which there is ample places this could be constructed without it actually impacting on ourselves or anybody else.
Our other concern is that the new structure will also have a dance studio as part of the building, and this building will be approximately only 2 metres from our actual property, there will be a real prospect of some serious noise pollution. So therefore we would ask that a restriction be placed on its use if it was not to be placed in a more suitable position.
