# Officer Planning Report

## Planning Report And Recommendations [Table omitted in markdown export] ### Considerations [Table omitted in markdown export] ### Written Representations ### Consultations [Table omitted in markdown export]

### Officer's Report

The application is proposing minor elevational changes to an approved scheme for extensions to the existing building. The application is proposing to replace the existing roof of the building with natural slate and to insert a rooflight into the south elevation of the existing building. The proposed changes will not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

### Recommendation

Recommended Decision: Permitted

Date of Recommendation: 08.05.2008

C : Conditions for approval
N : Notes attached to conditions
R : Reasons for refusal
- : Notes attached to refusals

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This permission relates alterations and extensions as shown in drawing numbers 107, 106, 240, 241, 242, 244, 245, 246 and photographs date stamped 6th February 2008.

C 3. The proposed accommodation above the garage extension may be used only in association with "The Dolls House" and for purposes ancillary to the use of "The Dolls House" as a single dwelling house.

N 1. There must be NO discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.

It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of pollution or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer/occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation.

I confirm that this decision accords with Government Circular No 31/07 (Delegation of Functions to Senior Planning Officer)

Decision Made : Permitted Date : 12/5/08
