The application indicate that the art work will not be re-located until works have been carried out to the car park entrance and the Department of Transport Highways Division has requested a condition be attached that confirms this phasing. It is also proposed to provide uplighters beneath the anchor. The re-location of the art work and lighting are considered to be acceptable. It is recommended that the following parties are accorded Interested Party Status in accordance with Government Circular 1/06: Department of Transport Highways Division
