The site is located on the eastern side of Glen Road Land Use Zoning The site has been zoned under the Laxey and Lonan Local Plan as being within an area of Light Industrial Use, the site is also within a Conservation Area. Planning History There are no previous planning applications which are considered relevant in the assessment and determination of this application. No objection We have received no privately written representations objecting to the application. ### Assessment / recommendation The proposed works are very modest and will be beneficial to the appearance of the existing building and upon the visual appearance of the Conservation Area. The Conservation Officer has no objections.
