### Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

2. This approval relates to the conservatory extension and alterations to the garage as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings WL/07/1042/1, WL/07/1042/2B, WL/07/1042/3A and WL/07/1042/4A all received on 15th January 2008.

3. The proposed conversion of the existing garage to tourist/guest accommodation may be used only in association with the main dwelling house "Ballacregga Farm" and for purposes ancillary to the use of main dwelling house "Ballacregga Farm" as a single dwelling.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

## Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
