Subject: UPDATE
The Commissioners would like an update on how things are progressing with regard to the Civic Amenity site, Ballavair planning application, and also which sites are being considered for the sewage works and if any are being considered for the north in particular. We are having a meeting 18th March if someone could email me before then please.

08/00107/B Ballawhannel OBJECTION Poor parking facilities, poor access, plans are very unclear, will the existing buildings be left for farm use, which access road are the farm vehicles going to use - the planning application is not detailed enough and is very poor.

08/00121/B Ballacragga OBJECTION this proposed development of the site will cause the area to be over developed and unsightly - this was previously a tourist accommodation.
