Dear Marie,

The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning applications:

**PA08/00055/A** Mr R C & Mrs R M Philips, Sycamore House, Glen Duff. Approval in principle for the erection of a replacement dwelling and buildings, driveway, access gateways and landscaping. Mr Radcliffe declared an interest and did not take part in the discussion.

**Refused – Unanimous.** The Commissioners agreed that this application breaks the Schedule of Conditions, part 3 in the Departments approval dated 15/12/04. The Commissioners also wish to point out that Laurel Mount Cottage is the name of the cottage that joins the road. The Commissioners are concerned that the buildings, Index No. 6 & 7, to be turned into stables and garages are not existing sheds but temporary tin sheds. The Commissioners are also concerned that the fence will cause a visibility issue especially as it joins the TT course.
