The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. 2. This approval relates to the conservatory as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 1355-01 and 1355-02 all received on 25th January 2008. **NOTE** The Chief Fire Officer recommends that the fire alarm and emergency lighting systems be extended to cover the new areas.
