With this proposal it is considered the proposal is in keeping with the Conservation Area and with the traditional design of the existing property, particularly the attention that has been made to the arches of the shelter which replicates the existing arches, which are located over the main entrance to the property (southwest elevation). Additionally, due to the siting, design and size, the proposal will have no adverse impact upon any of the neighbouring properties. For these reasons the proposals would be appropriate in these locations and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
